What We Do

A space dedicated to understanding and family-centered wellness, we focus on building a better world through supporting families on their journey to optimal living.

Our Mission

To improve our community by providing a safe, welcoming space for families to learn about their bodies and to take action steps to live healthier lives through chiropractic. Dr. Abby equips moms and and their growing families with the knowledge to improve birthing outcomes, nervous system regulation, and supportive movement to live well throughout life’s many phases.

What we do

In the Kinship office, we focus on removing interference to the nervous system by adjusting areas of the spine that do not function as they should (subluxations). This is often done by restoring proper motion to those parts that have stopped moving as they were designed to move. This also helps restore balance and reduce tension in your body, improving your quality of movement and creating a supportive environment as you grow children, go through birth, and move through the healing process postpartum. Your body performs at its best and maintains higher levels of health when the brain-to-body connection freely relays accurate information about its inner and outer environment. Subluxation interferes with how accurately and efficiently your body can communicate. Dr. Abby uses a variety of chiropractic techniques, ranging from very gentle instrument-assisted techniques to higher force techniques, always catering to the specific needs of an individual’s body.

All are welcome in the Kinship office, as our mission is to build healthy families from the ground up. The foundation for a healthy life begins in the womb, and our office is especially suited to serve those in the perinatal (preparing for and healing from pregnancy and birth) phase of life, and children from birth through adolescence. Dr. Abby has focused her efforts on additional certifications that best serve those individuals.
